முன்னாள் இராணுவத்தளபதி சரத்பொன்சேகாவுக்கு எதிராக இரண்டாவது இராணுவ நீதிமன்ற விசாரணை நேற்று சனிக்கிழமை இடம் பெற்றது. நேற்றைய அமர்வில் நான்காவது சாட்சியின் அறிக்கை பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டதாகவும் பிரதிவாதி தரப்பு சட்டத்தரணியால் குறுக்கு விசாரணை இடம் பெற்றதாகவும் இராணுவப் பேச்சாளர் மேஜர் ஜெனரல் உபய மெதவலவை மேற்கோள்காட்டி இணையத்தள செய்திச்சேவை தெரிவித்தது.
நேற்று பிற்பகல் 2 மணிக்கு இராணுவ நீதிமன்ற அமர்வு இடை நிறுத்தப்பட்டதுடன் நாளை திங்கட்கிழமை 2 மணிக்கு மீண்டும் அமர்வு இடம் பெறும் என்று பேச்சாளர் கூறியுள்ளார். பொன்சேகா இராணுவத்தளபதியாக இருந்த போது இலங்கை இராணுவத்துக்கு முறையற்ற விதத்தில் கொள்வனவு இடம்பெற்றதாக தெரிவிக்கப்படும் குற்றச்சாட்டு தொடர்பாக இரண்டாவது இராணுவ நீதிமன்ற விசாரணை இடம் பெறுகிறது.
